To change the organization's address, phone number, or fax
Click on the Admin Console (gear icon in the top-right of the screen).
Select "Organization Details" in the left-hand side menu. (*This may be unavailable to you depending on your User Permissions. If you do not have access to this section, please reach out to your accounts Organization Admin.)
Enter or edit details on the organization where applicable.
Click "Save" in the top-right corner to confirm the changes.
To change other details
Please send us the information for the following changes through our Support Chat or to [email protected]:
Organization name change: please advise on what the new name should be.
Billing email change or addition: please provide the email address(es) of the person(s) who should receive/be cc'd on invoices.
Lawyer list update: please provide the following information for each lawyer you'd like to add:
Lawyer's name
LSO number (in Ontario)
Phone number
Fax number
Email address
Address (if different than the Organizations)
