How to Log a Request for a Distribution Made by a Beneficiary
If you need to keep track of requests made by beneficiaries for distributions, our platform makes it easy to do so. Follow these simple steps to log a request and keep all the necessary information in one place.
Navigating to the Distribution Section
To begin, navigate to the distribution section of our platform. This can typically be found in the main menu or sidebar of your account dashboard.
Clicking on Requests
Once you are in the distribution section, click on the "Requests" tab. This will bring you to a screen where you can view all requests made by beneficiaries.
Adding a New Request
In the top right hand corner of the requests screen, click on the "Add New" button. This will open a form where you can enter all the necessary information for the request.
Entering Request Details
Start by entering the date the request was made. This will help you keep track of when the request was initiated.
Next, select the beneficiary that made the request from the drop-down menu. This will ensure that the request is linked to the correct beneficiary.
Then, select whether the request was approved or rejected. This will help you keep track of the status of the request.
You can also enter any additional information in the designated fields, such as the value of the request and any notes that may be helpful in understanding why the request was approved or rejected.
Submitting the Request
Once all the information has been entered, click on the "Add" button in the top right hand corner. This will save the request and it will now appear in your main request screen in the distribution tab.
