Adding/Updating Vault records

How can I access Vault?

Simply click on Vault on your top menu bar.

I have just entered my first Vault record, how do I create more files?

Make sure you click update to save your data and then click on Vault on the top menu bar to bring you back to your main screen. From there, you can click on "add new file".

I created a Vault file by accident. How do I delete it?

You can delete a Vault file by clicking on the ellipsis on the right hand side of the vault file in your active file list.

I entered the incorrect name of the file. How do I correct the name?

Locate the file in the Active Files list, click on the eclipses, select rename, enter new name and click Save.
