How much does publishing a probate notice using the integration cost?

The cost to publish a probate notice through the Public Notices integration consists of two parts the publishing fee (which can vary) and the administration fee of $89.00.

 

Can I select a newspaper?

No, the system will automatically select the newspaper for your county.

 

How will I know my notice has been approved?

The system will automatically send you an in app message and email the user on the file to let them know that the notice has been approved.

 

How long does it take to publish a probate notice through the Public Notice integration?

Notices can take between 4-6 business days to publish. If your notice has not been published within this timeframe, please contact notices@estateably.com.

 

How do I view a notice once it has been published?

Once your legal notice has been published on the Public Notices website, return to the Public Notices tab in your file and click View Public Notice. You will be redirected to the Public Notices website to view your notice.

 

Has my notice only been published on the Estateably’s Public Notices website?

Your notice will be published and accessible on Estateably’s Public Notices website, the designated Newspaper website and any Column.us website.

 

Once my notice has been published can I make changes?

No, once your notice has been published it can no longer be modified.

 

Why has my notice been cancelled?

If you have missed your invoice due date, the system cancels your request and you will have to start the process over again.

 

What is the maximum file size allowed for uploads?

The file size is limited to 10MB.

 

What format does my document have to be in?

To upload a document, your file must be in PDF or DOCX format.
