For any estate file, you can generate an activity log report that highlights task progress at any given moment during the process.
The report summarizes the state of a task, who completed it and when, and who approved it (if applicable).
To generate the report, users can click on the Reports button on the top-right hand side of the module. Then, choose the Estate Activity Log.
You can then select parameters for your report using the checkboxes. For example, you can opt to include or exclude internal notes from the report, filter by task status, or select only certain phases of the process.
Use the Generate button to create your report. You can then preview it and subsequently download the file to your device.
