After generating and downloading a Word document properly using the Estateably app, users are sometimes only able to view and edit a single page in Word, instead of the entire document.
We have reviewed this issue and the issue is unfortunately caused by Word when opening certain documents.
With that said, you can try the following steps to make all pages of the document visible:
- In Word, open the document you generated and downloaded using the Estateably app
- Click File
- Click Print
You don't have to continue printing the document; generating the Print Preview can be enough to make all pages appear correctly.
You can then close the Print Preview and work on the document as expected.
