When adding a beneficiary, you will have three possible responses for whether the beneficiary is being served. This will affect the information populated in the 74B.
If you select Yes, it will be assumed that as a beneficiary listed in the 74A, they are being served.
If you select No or Not applicable, the default assumption is that they will appear in paragraph 7 (i.e. as a person entitled to be served that has not been.)
However, if there is a reason they are not entitled to be served at all (e.g. they have predeceased, and have a date of death associated to them), they will be listed in paragraph 6.
When choosing either "no" or "not applicable", you can populate the reason that they are not being served.
