Trustees can create and log Distribution Requests from Beneficiaries. In the Distributions section of the app, select the Requests tab. Then, hit Add New in the top-right corner.
You can select:
- Request date
- Whether it was approved or rejected
- Who approved it
- Account type between capital and revenue
- Value requested
- Reason for request from the beneficiary
- Reason for approval/rejection by the trustee
Once you save the request, you can create a distribution from it. Click on the three-dot menu next to the entry, and select Create Distribution in the dropdown.
You can edit the prefilled information as needed. Then, hit Save to confirm the distribution.
