Accessing Members and Teams Settings
Log in to your Estateably account using your unique domain, email, and password.
From the Dashboard, navigate to the top-right corner of the page.
Click the Settings (gear) icon.
You will automatically be taken to the Members and Teams section, located at the top-left of the page.
Creating and Managing Teams
Teams allow you to group users by office, jurisdiction, or location within your Estateably account.
When to Use Teams
Teams are especially useful if:
You operate in multiple jurisdictions
You have more than one office location
You want to organize users by department or region
How to Create a Team
In the Members and Teams section, click the Teams tab.
Click Create Team.
Enter the following information:
Team Name (e.g., Office or location name)
Address
Team Director
Team Manager
Team Members
Click Create.
The team will now appear in your list of teams.
Managing Existing Teams
Once created, teams can be used to:
Assign users to specific offices or jurisdictions
Help organize estate files internally
Streamline collaboration across locations
Changes to team membership or roles can be managed from the Teams section as needed.
