You can email forms and letters directly from Estateably for any file type, including estates, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Email a form or letter
Open the file you are working in
Select Forms and Letters from the left-hand menu
Open the form or letter you want to send
In the bottom-right corner, click Email instead of Generate
Compose the email
After selecting Email, complete the following fields:
Recipient email address
Enter the email address of the person you want to send the document toSubject line
Enter the subject of the emailMessage body
Add the message content you want to include in the email
The form or letter you are viewing is automatically attached. You can also add additional attachments if needed.
Send the email
Review the email details and attachments
Click Send
The recipient will receive the email with all entered information and attachments.
Important details
Emails are sent from [email protected]
If no additional files are added, only the selected form or letter will be attached

Use Email when you want to send the document directly to a recipient from Estateably.
Use Generate when you want to download the document, save it to the file, or send it outside of Estateably using another method.
