Public Notices in-app integration allows you to place and publish probate notices in local newspapers, newspaper websites, Column.us websites, and on our Public Notices website without leaving the Estateably application.

Simply click on the Public Notices tab in any file and click the "Publish Notice" button.

No, the appropriate newspaper for your county will be selected.

You can either drag and drop your DOCX or PDF into the upload section or click "Upload Document" and browse to the file location.

You can zoom, rotate, download, print, or change the view of the notice using the functionality in the toolbar.

You'll receive a warning message indicating you're about to submit your notice for review. After clicking "Next to Proceed," you'll receive confirmation that your notice has been submitted.

The Review Status page (Step 3) displays all completed steps as your notice moves through the approval and publishing process. You'll also receive email notifications throughout the process.

Yes, you can cancel the publication of your notice by clicking the "Cancel" button at any time before payment has been made.

Once approved, the "Waiting for approval" button will change to "Pay and Publish" and become enabled. You'll see the publisher's name, cost, and publishing dates.

The payment page displays publishing information (notice name, deceased name, publisher cost), affidavit delivery details, your payment information, and complete publishing details (costs, dates, fees, and total due).

The Affidavit will be sent to your Estateably user email address. If the publisher doesn't support email, it will be mailed to your organization's mailing address.

Publishing your notice may take 1-2 days after payment is processed.

The system will automatically send you an in app message and email the user on the file to let them know that the notice has been approved.

If you have missed your invoice due date, the system cancels your request and you will have to start the process over again.

Once your legal notice has been published on the Public Notices website, return to the Public Notices tab in your file and click View Public Notice. You will be redirected to the Public Notices website to view your notice.
