Cash on hand reporting

The Cash on Hand report summarizes the total value of estate cash holdings as of a selected date. The report lists assets, their particulars, and values, including balances from original bank accounts.

Access the report

  1. Navigate to Estate Accounting

  2. Select the Transactions tab

  3. Click Reports in the top-right corner

  4. Select Cash on Hand

Configure the report

Before generating the report, review the pre-generation screen and make any necessary adjustments.

You can:

  • Specify the accounting period

  • Customize report settings as needed

  • Select your preferred format between Word document and PDF document

After making adjustments, select Generate, then download the file once it is ready.

What the report includes

  • Items listed in the estate's cash holdings

  • Particulars describing the asset or account

  • Values associated with each item

  • Balances from original bank accounts, including unrealized amounts where applicable

When to use the Cash on Hand report

Use the Cash on Hand report when you need a snapshot of the estate’s available cash balances as of a specific date.
