Estate Account Balance & Residual Estate Value

The transactions logged in the Current Inventory, Estate Accounting, and Distributions sections make up the totals for the Estate Account Balance and the Residual Estate Value displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen.

The Estate Account Balance is the sum of all cash deposited and bank accounts transferred to the Estate Account, plus the value of any liquidated assets, minus any liabilities paid.

The Residual Estate Value is the sum of the Estate Account Balance, plus the market value of any unsold asset, minus any unpaid liabilities.
