Manage theme preferences

Organization Administrators can upload custom logos and choose how they display across the platform and on reports. This article explains how to access and configure theme preferences.

Access theme preferences

  1. Select the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Organization Settings from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Theme Preferences.

Choose logo display format

At the top of the Theme Preferences page, choose how your logo appears: Square or Wide.

Once a format is selected, scroll to the Custom Logos section at the bottom to upload logos. Uploaded logos automatically resize to the dimensions specified below.

Logo size requirements

Site-wide logo

  • Square: 32px × 32px

  • Wide: 120px × 32px

Reporting logo

  • 110px × 28px

Save changes

After making updates, select Save to apply the changes.
