Managing your user profile

Your Estateably user profile allows you to manage your personal information, security settings, notification preferences, and email signature configuration. This article walks you through each section of your profile and how to update your settings.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Estateably account.

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click your initials (displayed inside a circular icon).

  3. Select View Profile from the dropdown menu.

You will be taken to your profile settings page, where a navigation menu appears on the left-hand side.


Personal Information

The first section you will land on is Personal Information.

Here you can:

  • Upload or update your profile image

  • Update your phone number

  • Update your title

  • View the teams you are assigned to (listed at the bottom)

  • Access Estateably’s Terms and Conditions

  • Access Estateably’s Privacy Policy

After making any changes, click Save in the bottom-right corner of the page.


Security / Password

To update your password:

  1. Click Security / Password from the left-hand menu.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter your new password.

  4. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

  5. Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Your password will be updated immediately once saved.


Communication Preferences

The Communication Preferences section allows you to control how and when you receive notifications within Estateably.

Notification Settings

You can choose how you would like to receive notifications for:

  • Case file assignments

  • Task assignments

  • Task reviews

  • Task approvals and rejections

  • Being tagged in a note

  • Other system activity

For each notification type, you can select:

  • All (Email and In-App notifications)

  • Email Only

  • In-App Only

  • None

Deadline Reminders & System Notifications

You can also:

  • Configure deadline reminders

  • Adjust system notification preferences

After making your selections, click Save in the bottom-right corner.


Email Configuration

The Email Configuration section allows you to set up a default email signature.

Enabling a Signature

  1. Navigate to Email Configuration in the left-hand menu.

  2. Toggle the setting to Enable.

  3. A text box will appear where you can create your signature template.

  4. Optionally, select:

    • Automatically CC me on emails that I send

  5. Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Disabling a Signature

If you do not wish to use a default signature:

  1. Toggle the setting to Disable.

  2. Click Save.
