Viewing tasks across all files

The Tasks dashboard lets you view and manage tasks across all files in one place, helping you stay on top of work beyond a single file.

Open the Tasks dashboard

  1. Select Tools in the top-right corner

  2. Choose Tasks

The Tasks dashboard displays tasks across all files.

Filter tasks

Use filters to narrow down the task list and focus on what matters most.

You can filter by the available options (user, due date etc.) and then select Search Tasks to update the results.

Manage results

From the results view, you can:

  • Adjust or clear filters

  • Review tasks across multiple files

  • Export a list of tasks for reporting or follow-up

Reviewing the Tasks dashboard on a regular cadence, such as daily or weekly, helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This view is especially useful for identifying overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines, and deleting tasks that are not needed across files
