Left-Side Tiles

  • Deceased Information
This tile displays key details about the deceased, including their full name, address, SIN number, marital status, date of birth, and date of death. Clicking the edit icon (pen) takes you to the Intake page, where you can update and enter more granular information about the deceased,.

  • Deadlines
This tile shows a summary of task deadlines. Clicking on "View All Deadlines" brings you to a list of all tasks that have deadlines set. This list is sorted by date and the four most imminent tasks display on the tile.

  • Tasks
This tile provides a quick view of tasks across different phases of the file administration. It displays up to four tasks from the selected phase, highlighting their status with a color code (e.g. incomplete or in progress). Clicking on a task opens a detailed view in a side panel where you can see the task's overview, to-do list, notes, and history.

  • Documents
This tile lists documents generated or uploaded in the file. You can filter by document type (e.g. All Documents, File Documents, Additional Documents). Clicking "View All Documents" takes you to the Documents Page for full management options.

Right-Side Section

This section allows you to add notes and attachments. Notes appear in the activity feed and can be tagged to notify specific users. Attachments are saved both in the feed and the Documents section.

  • File Activities
The activity feed logs all actions taken within the file, such as adding holdings, uploading documents, or updating tasks. You can filter the feed by different activity types (e.g. Documents, Notes, Tasks) and pin important notes for quick reference.
