The Tasks section represents all the steps tied to the estates or trust process. In the Estates module, each completed task will result in a percentage increase in case progress.
Each task found in this section can take the form of either something informational, a document upload, a form to fill out or an integration with a third-party service to submit information.
Advanced Task Filters and Bulk Actions
Task Filters
You can filter by task status (Incomplete, In Progress, Complete, or Not Applicable) by selecting the checkboxes at the top of the page.
Additionally, you can use the search bar to query tasks by name or keyword.
Bulk Actions
To change a task assignee, status, or deadline in bulk, simply click on the checkboxes next to the tasks you'd like to update.
(To select every task in a phase, click on the checkbox next to the phase. To select all tasks, click on the checkbox in the header row of the table.)
At the bottom of the page, you will see the bulk option selectors appear. Make the changes you wish and hit "Save" to update the tasks.
