Only organization administrators can enable and activate the calendar integration for the organization.
Can I sync with both Google and Outlook calendars?
Yes. You can authenticate and sync tasks with both Google Calendar and Outlook, one at a time.
How do I authenticate?
Go to Tools › Integrations and select the calendar provider you want to authenticate. Note: Outlook users require a one-time IT admin approval in Azure before connecting to Estateably.
Do assigned users need to authenticate to see tasks on their calendars?
Yes. Any user assigned to a task must authenticate with a calendar provider before the sync feature is available to them.
How quickly do tasks sync to my calendar?
Tasks are added in real time once the sync process completes.
What happens if I update a task in Estateably?
Any changes to a task's due date, status, assignee, or description automatically update the synced calendar event.
How do I remove a task from my calendar?
Delete the event directly from your calendar, or click Remove from Calendar in Estateably on the task's View Details page.
Can I sync multiple tasks at once?
Yes. Select multiple tasks and use the Sync to Calendar option to sync them simultaneously.
What happens if I delete a synced task from my calendar?
The task is removed from your calendar but remains in Estateably unless you also delete it there.
