Who can enable calendar integration?

Only organization administrators can enable and activate the calendar integration for the organization.

Can I sync with both Google and Outlook calendars?

Yes, you can authenticate and sync tasks with both Google and Outlook calendars, one by one.

How do I authenticate?

First, head over to Tools > Integrations and select the desired provider to authenticate. **Note: For Outlook users, an IT approval will be required to connect with Estateably before authentication.

Do assigned users need to authenticate to see tasks on their calendars?

Yes, any user assigned to a task must first authenticate with a calendar provider to use this feature.

How quickly do tasks sync to my calendar?

Tasks are added in real time once the sync process is completed.

What happens if I update a task in Estateably?

Any updates to a task’s due date, status, assignee or description in Estateably will automatically reflect in the synced calendar event.

How do I remove a task from my calendar?

You can delete it directly from your calendar or click Remove from Calendar in Estateably.

Can I sync multiple tasks at once?

Yes, you can select multiple tasks and sync them at the same time using the Sync to Calendar option.

What happens if I delete a synced task from my calendar?

The task will be removed from your calendar but will still exist in Estateably unless you delete it there as well.
