Simply click on the Notice to Creditor tab in any file, then click the Post a Notice button to begin.

When you click Post a Notice, the following data fields will be automatically populated with information previously entered during Intake:

Yes, in the Deceased Information section, you can add two additional addresses in the Location 2 and Location 3 fields.

In the Notice Information section, enter the Date by which Creditors must Bring their claim by clicking on the calendar or entering the date manually.

Yes, you can add an Affidavit of Publication by checking the Include Affidavit of Publication checkbox.

Once you've entered all required information, click the Preview Notice button to review how your notice will appear.

If you update any fields, a message will appear stating: You have updated some values. These values will not be saved in the application. You can click Proceed to preview your notice with these changes or Cancel to close the message.

On the Preview Notice screen, check the All Information is correct checkbox if you're satisfied that all information is accurate. Then click Review Payment to continue or Edit to make changes.

After clicking Review Payment, the Pay and Publish screen will appear showing:
The Publishing Option (Notice to Creditor with or without an Affidavit)
The cost associated with your selection
Your stored credit card information in the Your Payment Info section
If satisfied, click Pay and Publish to complete the process.

You'll see a processing message while your notice is being published. When successful, a confirmation message will appear. Click the Close button to dismiss this message.

Once your Notice to Creditors has been published, the Notice to Creditors tab will display a confirmation: "Congratulations! Your payment has been successfully processed, and your notice has been published." You can view the notice on the Estateably website by clicking the View Notice button.

Log in to admin
Click Billing Management
Under Payment History, locate and select the invoice for your Notice to Creditor purchase
Click View Invoice
You can then Download the invoice and Download the receipt

Notices cost $105, with the option to include an affidavit of publication for an additional $40.
