Use task management

The Tasks section tracks all steps in the estate or trust process. This article explains how to filter tasks, use bulk actions, and understand how tasks affect file progress.

Tasks can be informational, document uploads, forms to fill out, or integrations with third-party services.

Filter tasks

Filter by task status using the checkboxes at the top of the page: Incomplete, In Progress, Complete, or Not Applicable.

Use the search bar to find tasks by name or keyword.

Bulk actions

To update assignees, statuses, or deadlines across multiple tasks at once:

  1. Check the boxes next to the tasks you want to update. To select all tasks in a phase, check the box next to the phase name. To select all tasks, check the box in the header row.

  2. At the bottom of the page, the bulk option selectors appear. Make your changes and click Save.
