There are a few common reasons why payment fails on a charge.
Insufficient funds
Please verify that there are funds on the card associated with your Estateably account.
If not, once you've resolved this issue please try again to access the case.
Changed payment details
If your card information has been updated within the past 4 months (e.g. card details were compromised, card has an updated expiry/CVV, etc.), please verify that the information has been updated in Estateably.
Add new card details

Click on the Admin Console (gear icon in the top-right of the screen).
Select "Billing Management" in the left-hand side menu.
Under the "Payment method" section, click the "Add" button.
Follow the prompts to enter the card details and billing address.
Click "Save" in the top-right corner to confirm the changes.
Update existing card details

Click on the Admin Console (gear icon in the top-right of the screen).
Select "Billing Management" in the left-hand side menu.
Under the "Payment method" section, click the "Edit" button.
Make the changes as needed to the card.
Click "Save" in the top-right corner to confirm the changes.
Once you've made a change to your card information, please try again to access the case.
