Step 1: Review your welcome email
A Customer Success Manager sends you a welcome email when your account is created. It includes:
Your firm's Estateably link — bookmark this and use it to access the platform going forward
Training and explainer resources
A link to book an onboarding session — schedule 45 minutes with a CSM to work through your first file
Step 2: Accept the invitation
You also receive a separate invitation email to create your Estateably account. Click the link in the email and create a password to complete your signup.
Step 3: Add a payment method
When you first log in, a banner at the top of the screen indicates you need to add a payment method before creating your first file.
To add one:
Click the link in the banner, or
Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner, select Billing Management from the left-hand menu, then click Add under Payment Method.
Step 4: Create your first file
Your account is ready. Book your onboarding session with a CSM, or follow the steps in Creating your first file to get started.
