Access Members and Teams settings
Log in to Estateably.
Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
You are taken automatically to the Members and Teams section.
When to use teams
Teams are useful if you operate in multiple jurisdictions, have more than one office location, or want to organize users by department or region.
Create a team
In the Members and Teams section, click the Teams tab.
Click Create Team.
Enter the Team Name, Address, Team Director, Team Manager, and Team Members.
Click Create.
The team appears in your list of teams.
Manage existing teams
Once created, teams can be used to assign users to specific offices or jurisdictions, help organize estate files internally, and streamline collaboration across locations. Changes to team membership or roles can be managed from the Teams section at any time.
