What is the Clio integration in Estateably?

The Clio integration allows users to transfer data from Clio into Estateably. This integration helps populate Intake and Contact fields in Estateably using information stored in Clio.

By importing data directly from Clio, users can reduce manual data entry and streamline the case setup process.

The Clio integration can be activated by users with Organization Administrator permissions.

Additionally, the integration must first be enabled by Estateably’s support team before it can be activated within your account.

Can I change field mappings later?

Yes.

Administrators can update field mappings at any time by returning to:

Settings → Organization Integrations → Clio

Any changes will apply to future imports.

What if the data does not import correctly?

If information is not appearing correctly after importing from Clio, check the following:

  • The field mapping configuration

  • That the data exists in Clio

  • That the correct fields are mapped in Estateably

If the issue persists, contact Estateably Support for assistance.
