Top menu
The top menu lets you switch between high-level areas of the platform:
Estates — manage estate files and related workflows
Trusts — access and manage ongoing trust files
Power of Attorney (Canada only) — manage guardianships and related accounting; availability based on your region
Vault — secure digital storage for wills and other client documents
Left-hand menu
Once inside a file, the left-hand menu gives you access to all file-specific sections:
Overview — view recent activity and add internal notes visible to everyone working on the file
Tasks — view and manage tasks, including assignments, due dates, and task-specific details
Intake — collect and review key information related to the file
Contacts — add and manage people associated with the file
Forms and Letters — generate documents for internal use, related parties, or formal submission
Estate Accounting — track assets, transactions, and balances; generate accounting reports
Notice to Creditors (Canada) / Public Notices (US) — publish notices using integrated services when required
Distributions — review and track distributions to beneficiaries, including cash and in-kind
Documents — access all documents generated or uploaded for the file
