How do I connect to Gmail or Outlook?
Organization administrators can enable the email integration from the Settings section. Go to Tools › Integrations and follow the prompts to authenticate with your personal Gmail or Outlook account.
How do I know if I'm connected to Gmail or Outlook?
After authentication, a confirmation message appears in the platform. All emails are sent from your personal email account — verify this by checking your Sent folder in the connected Gmail or Outlook account.
Can anyone use the email integration?
No. An organization administrator must first enable the integration. After that, each user connects their own Gmail or Outlook account to send emails from the platform.
Is the email integration free?

Is it safe to send emails using the platform?
Yes. Emails are securely sent to any valid email address using your authenticated Gmail or Outlook account.
What happens if I disconnect my email account?
You can no longer send emails from the platform until you reconnect. Existing email logs within the platform remain accessible.
Can I use both Gmail and Outlook at the same time?
You can authenticate with both, but the platform uses the last provider connected. To switch accounts, disconnect and reconnect in the desired order.
Can I send bulk emails using the integration?
No. The integration supports individual email communication related to tasks within the platform. Bulk email is not supported.
Will my email signature be included in emails?
Yes. The platform automatically includes your configured email signature. Manage your signature in the Email Configuration section under My Profile.
What happens to emails sent before I connected my account?
Emails sent before connecting an account go through the platform's default service. They are logged in the platform but do not appear in your personal Gmail or Outlook Sent folder.
Can I customize the email address shown to recipients?
No. Emails always come from your connected Gmail or Outlook account, and recipients see your personal email address.
What if I encounter an error during setup?
Check the following:
Verify you have the correct credentials.
